Coming back after a layoff can be daunting, especially if you feel like you've lost considerable fitness due to illness, vacation, or simply inactivity. We discuss some of the right ways and wrong ways to get back to it, although Brent's wrong ay seems to have been especially effective. We also, as always, discuss the week in Herd Racing.
