Course Design

This week the PT crew tries their hand at course design with the ZRL community designed race course in mind. We develop courses we'd like to see for Watopia, Makuri, Scotland, and France. Let us know what you'd like to race! Also, we discuss the week in Herd Racing, with a long HSRL race on Itza Party.

Going Slow to Go Fast

Sean, Stef, John and Brent (along with a racing Chris!) go through the week  of Herd Racing. We follow up with a brief chat about the newly announced next season of Zwift Racing League and the courses that have been announced. (Note that none of us had seen the recent news about the community course selection!)

Relays and Alleys

This week we consider new event ideas that may some day make their way into the Herd Racing rotation, including a non-pen/non-event idea that we were all pretty excited about. Additionally, we chat about the week in Herd Racing, including this week's scratch race on the relatively new Glyph Heights route.

Return to Yellow

Coming back after a layoff can be daunting, especially if you feel like you've lost considerable fitness due to illness, vacation, or simply inactivity. We discuss some of the right ways and wrong ways to get back to it, although Brent's wrong ay seems to have been especially effective. We also, as always, discuss the week in Herd Racing.

Real Baloney (or Bologna!)

This week Nate, Steve and Brent chat about the week in Herd Racing including week 1 in both the new series of Stampede and HSRL. If you don't know what week 1 in HSRL is, there's a big clue in the title! Chasing Dry Feet
